SPAZA SHOP FUND: From 1 to 4 September 2026, the City of Joburg’s Department of Economic Development will be assisting Johannesburg spaza shop owners who have a valid Health Certificate/Certificate of Acceptability (COA) to register as beneficiaries of the Spaza Shop Fund.
